Netarts Bay RV Park & Marina
Park Policies

 

We want our guests to enjoy a comfortable and friendly experience when visiting our park.  Your cooperation in reviewing park policies listed below is appreciated.

 
RV’s

Clean self-contained RV’s in good repair are welcome.  We reserve the right to refuse site rental to RV’s that do not meet this standard.  Currently we are unable to accommodate tents due to Tillamook County conditional use permit restrictions

Check in Time is 1:00 PM

Check out Time is 12:00 PM

RATES

Basic rates include 4 persons, one RV and one vehicle. (Campers that remain attached to the truck count as one RV. Campers that are unattached will be considered as one RV and one vehicle.)

There will be an additional charge for extra persons over the age of three. There is a maximum of 6 persons allowed per site.

There will be an additional charge for extra vehicles. Any visitor vehicles in the park after 10:00 pm will be charged a fee.

Major holidays require minimum of three night site rental.

No refunds after check-in.  Any modifications to your site rental reservation after check-in are subject to manager's approval and a processing

fee.  Any resulting credit will be issued in the form of a site rental credit The credit is valid for 12 months from date of issue and non transferable. Credits will be applied toward site rental only.

 

 

 

Rates May Change Without Notice

 

 All vehicles must be parked so as to not block roadway or adjoining site access.

Please do not park in unoccupied RV sites.

 

VISITORS

Visitors should check in with the office and park in designated parking spaces only. Guests are responsible for the actions of their visitors. Visitors are to leave the park by 10:00 pm.

 

 SITES

Please keep sites clean and free of litter.

It is suggested that you do not leave coolers or valuable items outside overnight due to nocturnal visitors.

When drying clothes outside please use a freestanding portable clothes rack. Do not hang laundry from your RV, awning or clotheslines.

Our goal is to keep a clean and well-maintained park, if your site requires additional attention please let us know in the office and we will respond accordingly.

 

BOATS

When rinsing off Boat, Boat motors, Boat Trailer and related equipment

please use designated boat cleaning area.

When parking boats at RV sites please do not block neighboring site’s access. Extra parking is available across Bilyeu Ave. by the big sign.

 

TRASH DISPOSAL

All shells and bait are to be deposited in cans provided at the cleaning area next to the Park office.  Please break down all boxes. If one container or set of containers is full please take trash to the next container, do not leave trash on the ground or on top of containers.

 

PETS
Two pets are suggested per site.
Pets are to be leashed at all times and cannot be left unattended.
You must be able to show proof of current rabies vaccination if requested by park staff.

Your Pets expected behavior will be:

Gentle and well behaved, your pet should demonstrate a friendly attitude toward other pets, persons and property. Examples of unacceptable behavior include barking, howling, growling or other aggressive acts. Any pet showing aggressive behavior must leave the park.

Pets are to be taken to the designated pet areas and all gifts left by your pets must be properly wrapped and deposited in the gift containers located in the pet area. Disposable bags are available in the park office.

RESTROOM and LAUNDRY FACILITIES

Restroom and Laundry facilities are for our guests and their visitors.  To limit public use combination locks are installed at each facility. You will receive the combination when you check in. Park quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM please, be considerate of other guests when using facilities during quite hours.

To support the efficient use of laundry facilities by our guests a sign up sheet is available in each facility and we strongly encourage our guests to reserve their desired time on the sheet. Dryers are to be used for clean, laundered clothing only. If you are muddy or sandy please rinse off with the garden hose (one is available by each restroom) before entering the restrooms or using showers.

 

CRABS, CLAMS AND FISH

Cleaning stations are located at the Marina area next to Park office to process and clean your catch (crab, clams and fish).

To avoid unpleasant odors all shells, etc. are to be deposited in containers provided at the Marina area next to the Park office.

For guests who prefer to cook crabs at their site please note that hot or cold salt water will kill all landscaping and/or grass by sterilizing the soil. Use of Crab Cookers is permitted on the concrete patio or gravel areas of your site. Please

dispose of all hot or cold cooking water in the sewer connection at your site.

 

CHILDREN

Parents are responsible for their children at all times. Use of Sidewalk chalk creates a mess and is not allowed within the Park. For their protection and safety all children age six (6) or younger should be accompanied by an adult when using Park facilities.

 

PARK GROUNDS

Foot Bridges are for walking, no running, jumping etc.

Use of bicycles within the park is limited to paved and graveled areas. Please do not ride on Foot Bridges, in the lawn areas, flowerbeds, ditches or creek banks. Also, please be respectful of others and avoid aggressive behavior when bicycling within the Park.

Use of skates, skateboards, rollerblades, all motorized scooters, and motorbikes within the park is not permitted.

Please do not climb on fences, creek banks, trees or hillsides within the park.

Playing in, near, or along boat basin or creek areas within the park is dangerous and is not allowed, this includes throwing rocks or other objects.

 

LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE

We plan to mow lawns on weekdays, your help in keeping the lawn area as clear as possible is appreciated.  Any special requests regarding the maintenance of your site should be referred to our park managers

WATER CONSERVATION

Please minimize RV washing and do not wash cars or trucks in the park. A registered guest may wash their own RV on site but may not bring in anyone other than bonded & insured contractors to wash it for them.

When using water in your site, watering plants, grass or other uses please be aware of runoff into other sites and limit sprinkler use to 10 minutes per location.

 

CAMPFIRES

Campfires must be attended at all times and flames should be kept low. Campfires must be doused with water and completely out when leaving your site or going to sleep.

Use of a portable fire ring is allowed on the concrete or gravel only, please do not use over grass areas.

NOTICE

Park owners, managers, and staff will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by disruptions in utilities services.

Owners, Managers, and Staff are not responsible for damages or loss due to acts of God.
