Reservation
Policy
RESERVATIONS
- Reservation are not
required but are recommended.
- All reservations will
require a deposit.
- Deposits are due at the
time of Reservation.
- Reservations are
accepted for nightly, weekly and monthly rental.
- Reservation can be made
up to (12) twelve months in advance.
- Currently we are unable
to accommodate tents due to Tillamook
County conditional
use permit.
- We reserve the right to
modify or change your reserved site number. Should this rare occurrence
happen you would be notified immediately.
RATES
- Basic rates include
Four (4) persons, one (1) RV and one (1) vehicle per site. (Campers that
remain attached to the truck count as one RV. Campers that are unattached will be
considered as one (1) RV and one (1) vehicle.)
- There is a maximum of six (6) persons
allowed per site.
- There will be an
additional charge for extra
persons over the age of three.
- There will be an
additional charge for extra
vehicles.
- Major Holidays require
minimum of three (3) night
site rentals.
RESERVATION
CHANGES
- Changes or modification
to confirmed reservation are welcome subject to the following:
- Please make any changes
or adjustments a minimum of 72 hours prior to arrival.
- First change or
modification there will be no additional charge.
- Each change or
modification after the first is subject to a process fee of $10.00 per
change or modification.
RESERVATION
DEPOSITS
Minimum
Deposit Requirements:
- One to six nights = one
nightly fee.
- Weekly = $50
- Monthly = $100
- You may cancel your
reservation at any time. Your deposit minus a processing fee will be
refunded to you if your cancellation occurs a minimum of 72 hours prior to
your scheduled arrival date
CHECKING IN TO PARK

Upon
arrival, please check in with the Park Office prior to parking at
your reserved site.

Your nightly and weekly site
rental balance is due at the time of check in. The first month of a monthly
reservation is due at check-in.

Assistance in guiding your RV
in to your site is available upon request.
·
After checking in any modification to your site rental
reservation (ie; early departure, site change, etc.)
may be subject to a processing fee. Any resulting refunds will be issued in the
form of a credit. The credit is valid for twelve (12) months from date of issue
and is non transferable. Credits will be applied toward future site rental
only.

PETS
- Two pets per site.
- Your pet should be well
behaved with a friendly non-aggressive behavior toward other pets or
persons. Examples of unacceptable behavior include barking, howling, and
growling etc.
- Pets are to be taken to
the designated areas and all gifts left by your pets must be properly
wrapped and deposited in the gift containers provided. Disposable bags are
available for use in all pet areas.
- All pets must be on a
leash or kenneled at any time when outside your RV.
- Dog owners must be able
to show proof of current rabies vaccination when staying in the park.
